Terms of Service
Last updated: 12.07.2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the rules for the provision of electronic services through the website Rostyslav Vozniak, available at www.rostyslavvozniak.com (the "Website").
1. General provisions
- The service provider is Rostyslav Vozniak, with its registered address at 21 Antoniego Magiera St., 01-856 Warsaw, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 1182299323, contact e-mail: rostyslav-vozniak@webjoin.pl (the "Service Provider").
- These Terms govern the use of the online meeting booking service (consultation booking) available on the Website (the "Service").
- For the purposes of these Terms:
- User means an individual or entity using the Service to schedule a meeting,
- Meeting means an online consultation held via Google Meet,
- Booking means a request to hold a Meeting, submitted through the form on the Website.
- Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. Type and scope of the service
- The Service allows the User to schedule, free of charge, an online meeting (consultation) held via Google Meet.
- The Service is informational and organizational in nature and does not constitute the conclusion of an agreement for the Service Provider's main services (e.g., website or web application development). The terms of any such agreement — should the parties decide to enter into one following the Meeting — are established separately and are not covered by these Terms.
- The Service is provided free of charge — booking a Meeting does not involve any fee.
3. Technical requirements for using the Service
To use the Service, the following is required:
- a device with internet access,
- an up-to-date web browser,
- an active e-mail address,
- a Google account (to join the Meeting via Google Meet) — the User and any invited guests are not required to have a Google account to join the meeting, unless required by Google Meet's own settings.
4. Meeting booking rules
- To schedule a Meeting, the User selects an available time slot in the booking system and provides the required information: first and last name and e-mail address. Optionally, the User may provide the e-mail addresses of additional individuals ("guests") who will take part in the Meeting.
- Upon completing the booking, the User (and any invited guests) receive an automatic e-mail confirming the scheduled time and containing the Google Meet link.
- The agreement for the provision of the Service by electronic means is deemed concluded once the User receives the booking confirmation referred to in paragraph 2.
- The User may cancel or reschedule a booking by sending a request to the following e-mail address: rostyslav-vozniak@webjoin.pl.
- If the User fails to attend the Meeting, the Service Provider may, depending on availability, offer a new time slot, but is under no obligation to do so.
- The agreement for the provision of the Service terminates upon the Meeting taking place, its cancellation by either party, or the User discontinuing use of the Service.
5. Personal data
The rules governing the processing of personal data of Users and invited guests, including information on the cookies used on the Website, are set out in a separate document — the Privacy Policy.
6. Complaints
- Users may submit complaints regarding the functioning of the Service (e.g., technical issues with booking, not receiving a confirmation) to the following e-mail address: rostyslav-vozniak@webjoin.pl.
- A complaint should include a description of the issue and contact details enabling a response to be provided.
- The Service Provider will review the complaint and respond within 14 days of receiving it.
7. Service Provider's liability
- The Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Service functions correctly and is continuously available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website (e.g., in the event of technical downtime, maintenance work, or failures on the part of third-party providers such as Vercel, Neon, or Google).
- The Service Provider is not liable for technical issues arising from third-party service providers used to hold the Meeting (e.g., Google Meet) or for the quality of the User's internet connection.
- The above limitations do not exclude the Service Provider's liability to the extent that such liability cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory provisions of applicable law.
8. Provisions regarding agreements concluded after the Meeting
If, as a result of the Meeting, the parties decide to enter into a separate agreement for the Service Provider's main services (e.g., building a website or web application), the terms of such an agreement — including price, scope of work, timelines, and withdrawal terms — will be established individually and confirmed in a separate document (e.g., an agreement or order confirmation), independent of these Terms.
9. Final provisions
- The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to these Terms, in particular in connection with the development of the Website's functionality or changes in applicable law. The current version of the Terms is always available on the Website, along with the date of the last update.
- Matters not regulated by these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Poland, including the Civil Code and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.
- Any disputes arising from the use of the Service will first be attempted to be resolved amicably by the parties. If no agreement is reached, the matter shall be resolved by the court with proper jurisdiction under applicable law.
- Contact with the Service Provider regarding any matters related to these Terms: rostyslav-vozniak@webjoin.pl.
